Stage presence: outside – Workshop at Shimmy Shake Berlin Burlesque School

Informazioni evento

Our November workshop is an absolute BANGER! We cannot wait for the opportunity to work with this stunning performer coming all the way from Milan!! Head to our website or the link up top to book in, spots for this will go quickly.

Burlesque is the ultimate live performance, where in just 5 minutes anything can happen. How do we face an audience that is always different—or worse, what do we do when something goes wrong? How would Our Character react if they were truly alive?

Through improvisation, we will learn to fully own the stage in every possible scenario, while remaining true to the character.

This workshop is suitable for those who already have stage experience and is open todancers, actors, and performers in general.

Key elements: development of powerful emotions (love, hate, anger, joy, seduction) – sustaining eye contact – improvisation exercises – work on one’s performative self.

Please bring a stage prop that is part of your regular performance repertoire.
